King Psamtik I

• Psamtik I was one of the great rulers of Egypt and was No. 134, he died Psamtik in the year 609 BC.
• Psamtik ruled Egypt from 663 until 609 BC and is the founder of the 26th Dynasty.
• Psamtik I was able to rid Egypt of the Assyrians through the help of Greek teams.

• After he married Psamtik, he had a daughter, “Nitocris”, and a son, “Nikao”.
