Giftun Island in Hurghada

Giftun Island is considered one of the most beautiful and most important nature reserves in the Red Sea of Egypt. It is considered one of the coastal islands and is distinguished by the spread of seagulls everywhere around the island.

Giftun Island was divided into two parts due to environmental faulting processes, and it became the Great Giftun Island with an area of 18 square kilometers and a length of 11 km and the Lesser Giftun Island with an area of 3 square kilometers with an extension of 8 km located in the southeastern response.
