Architect imhotep faraonische Egyptenaar<\/strong><\/h2>\n

– De ingenieur of architect Hapu werd geboren in de 15e eeuw voor Christus in een gebied genaamd Athribis en hij stierf in de 14e eeuw voor Christus.<\/p>\n

– Er staat een standbeeld van Amenhotep bin Hapu in het Egyptisch Museum dat getuigt van zijn faam.<\/p>\n

– Er is een groep inscripties gevonden die ons vertellen over het leven van Hapu, net als zijn moeder, die aan het einde van de regeerperiode van Thoetmosis III leefde in de stad Atreeb het tegenwoordige Banha 60 km ten het noorden van huidige Cairo..<\/p>\n

– Hapu werd geboren uit ouders van het gewone volk, zijn vaders naam was “Hapu” en zijn moeders naam was “Itu”.<\/p>\n

– Hapu’s eerste baan was als assistent van de klerk van de koning, maar daarna werd hij aangesteld als werfer.<\/p>\n

– Hapu werfde en telde de rekruten en dit maakte deel uit van het oorlogsproject van de koning.<\/p>\n

– Hapu kreeg een aantal titels, die overeenkwamen met de beroepen die hij in zijn leven uitoefende, waaronder hoofd van de priesters en rekrutenbediende.<\/p>\n

Bijnamen van Architect imhotep faraonische Egyptenaar<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Hapu werd ook wel de werfer, priester in het gouden huis en adjunct-directeur genoemd.<\/p>\n

– Hapu was ook een van de architecten die toezicht hielden op de bouw van belangrijke gebouwen zoals graftempels, zoals de huidige tempel in het westen van Thebe.<\/p>\n

– Deze tempel bevat een Memnon-kolos, die ook onder toezicht van de ingenieur werd gebouwd.<\/p>\n

– De twee kolossi van Memnon zijn \u00a0twee enorme zitbeelden van farao Amenhotep III uit de 18de dynastie. Elk beeld is uit \u00e9\u00e9n stuk kwartsiet gehouwen en circa 20 meter hoog. Het gewicht van ieder beeld, exclusief het voetstuk, wordt geschat op circa 1.000 ton.<\/p>\n

– Amenophis III beloonde Hapu voor zijn werk door hem een standbeeld te geven in de Tempel van Amon, dat zich nu in het Egyptisch Museum bevindt.<\/p>\n

– Een van de beloningen die Hapu kreeg was de toestemming om zijn graftombe te bouwen. Hapu koos ervoor om een tempel te bouwen in Thebe en een tombe te graven in de rotsen naast de tempel.<\/p>\n

– Hapu had dus een hoge positie, net als de faraokoningen.<\/p>\n

– Er wordt gezegd dat Hapu stierf in jaar 31 van de regeerperiode van Amenhotep III, aangezien deze gebeurtenis werd ingeschreven in de graftombe van Ramose.<\/p>\n

– Na zijn dood werd ook bekend dat hij de titel van leraar of wijsgeer had gekregen en daardoor steeg hij naar de rang van goden in de Ptoleme\u00efsche periode en werd er zelfs geloofd dat hij de god van de genezing was.<\/p>\n

– Medinet Hapu, waar de tempel ligt, herbergt een groep van de beroemdste historische monumenten, waaronder de tempel van Ramses III.<\/p>\n
